Do I have to pay for VRTEK if a property doesn’t get any bookings?No you don't. We’ve adopted a shared success model which means we don’t get paid until you do.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?We try to minimize overhead costs as much as possible, but hosts still need to cover some hard costs, like installing new locks. However, these then become assets they get to keep. All other costs are performance-based.

Will you actually take over guest messaging entirely?Yes, we will. Our team of international guest-facing agents will provide 24/7 guest communications from inquiry, pre-arrival, in-house, and post-departure.
